Catch Me if You Can!
We started are unit on the Gingerbread Man (which is off to a slow start...) by reading The Gingerbread Baby by Jan Brett (love her illustrations). Then we went on our own Gingerbread Man hunt. I hid envelopes with clues to find the Gingerbread Man and Carter LOVED searching for the next one! (e-mail me if you want to know what we did for the clues).
Success! Of course, there was a special treat for finding the Gingerbread Man. No wonder Carter wanted to do this again today. :)
Tonight we made a Gingerbread Ornament.
